Allison is currently an Independent Board Director for SELECT SECTOR SPDRs TRUST, an exchange traded fund series listed on NYSE ARCA, where she oversees the investment manager and service providers to the Trust to minimize risk and provide governance for these 11 S&P 500 sector index funds, with over $250B AUM. She is also an Advisory Board Director for CRESSET, a privately-held multifamily office and wealth management firm with $40B AUM for clients nationally.

For over 10 years, Allison worked for NORTHERN TRUST CORPORATION (NT) as Practice Executive, Global Strategic Relationship Management - Asset Management, Corporate and Institutional Services Division; CAO, Institutional Investor Group, N.A. - Corporate and Institutional Services Division; COO, Global Funds Services (GFS); and as CAO and Chief Marketing Strategy Officer, Exchange Traded Funds Group/Asset Management Division.
Previously, Allison was a Founding Partner of BRINSON PARTNERS, INC. She started Brinson Trust Company and Brinson Partners mutual funds series, developing their requisite fund administration, compliance procedures, and internal governance guidelines. She served as a key liaison of the partner leadership teams engaged in the acquisition integrations with both Swiss Bank Corp, and then UBS. While at UBS, Allison managed institutional clients, consultant relationships, and raised $1.5B+ in assets in her last three years.
Allison earned her MBA in Finance from HARVARD BUSINESS SCHOOL and her AB, American Literature from DARTMOUTH COLLEGE. She is a member of Women Corporate Directors (WCD), Chicago Finance Exchange (CFE), the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), and the NYSE Diversity Initiative (a network of Board candidates nominated by an NYSE-listed CEO).
